沿海地区科技创新和数字经济的耦合协调度研究

摘    要:选取2013—2020年沿海地区数据,运用熵权法、耦合协调度和灰色预测模型,探究沿海地区科技创新和数字经济的耦合协调关系。研究表明:沿海地区科技创新能力整体呈上升状态,北部沿海地区起点较高,但上升幅度不大;3个地区数字经济发展大体呈稳步上升态势,北部和南部沿海地区2020年有些许下降;3个地区区域科技创新和数字经济的耦合协调度均稳步上升,北部沿海地区为良好协调状态,东部和南部沿海地区为优质协调状态。

Study on Coupling Coordination Degree of Scientific and Technical Innovation and Digital Economy in Coastal Areas
Abstract:Selecting the statistical data of the eastern, southern and northern coastal areas of China from 2013 to 2020, the entropy weight method, the coupling coordination degree model and the gray prediction model are used, to explore the coupling and coordination relationship between regional scientific and technological innovation and digital economy in coastal areas. The research shows that the scientific and technological innovation capabilities of the three coastal areas in China are on the rise as a whole, and the northern coastal areas have a higher starting point, but the increase is not large. The development of the digital economy in the three regions has also generally shown a steady upward trend. The northern and southern coastal areas have experienced a slight decline in 2020. The degree of coupling and coordination between regional scientific and technological innovation and digital economy in the three regions has steadily increased. The northern coastal areas are in a good coordination state, and the eastern and southern coastal areas are in a high-quality coordination state. The northern coastal area has great development potential and will reach a state of high-quality coordination in the later stage.
