摘    要:民营企业发展迅速,但同时也面临着人才流失严重的严峻形势。文章首先分析了制约民营企业员工组织承诺的原因,然后对如何提高员工的组织承诺,留住人才,提出了相关对策。

Abstract:As private enterprises are developing quiekly, they also face the problem of abilities turnover. This paper first analyses restriction reasons of private enterprises staffs organization commitment, then proposes strategies to enhance private enterprise staffs organization commitment and let abilities in private enterprise do not go.
