| 摘 要： | 目前，国内一些科研院所已经走上产业化道路，在产业化实践中逐步形成了多种产业化模式，处于不同时期、不同发展阶段的科研院所产业化模式的选择，成为关系到科研院所科技成果产业化能否持续发展的核心问题。本文在科研院所产业化模式类型和特点分析的基础上，借助产品生命周期相关理论，提出产业化生命周期的概念，对产业化模式和处于不同发展时期的科研院所内在条件进行组合分析，力求寻找不同产业化模式的适应性。
