转变经济发展方式要抓住几个关键环节

多年来,由于我国处于工业化初期向工业化中期过渡时期以及体制、科技等方面的原因,我国经济发展方式转变缓慢,以致粗放型经济发展方式仍占主导地位。文章分析了经济发展方式转变缓慢的原因和危害性,阐述了加快转变经济发展方式的重要性和紧迫性,提出要按照科学发展观的要求,转变发展理念,调整发展思路,把转变经济发展方式放在重要位置。并特别指出转变经济发展方式要抓住的几个关键环节。

Transformation of the Mode of Economic Development Need to Seize Several Key Taches

For a long period,the mode of economs development changes slowly owing to our country is in the phase from the early stage to the second stage of industrialization and there are some problems in the system and technology.At present the extensive mode dominates the economic development.This article analyzes the reasons and harms of the slow-changing of economic development mode,and elaborates the significance and pressure of quickening the transformation and proposes to change the developing thoughts,adjusts the developing routes according to the scientific viewpoint of the development.The article puts forward the author's opinions in deepening the reform of economic system to change the development modes.
