摘    要:研究目的:研究土地利用遥感监测图斑面积精度的评价方法与评价指标,为逐年开展的国土资源大调查服务.研究方法:统计试验法,相对误差理论与误差传播定律的运用.研究结果:得出了误差分布规律,建立了评价指标,形成了系统化的变化监测空间采样与面积精度评价方法体系.研究结论:本文的方法简单实用有效.

Abstract:The paper is to contribute to the annual land use change detection by remote sensing through approaches and indices of area accuracy assessment. St atistical experiments and the application of the relative error spread rule were employed. The error distribution rule is acquired and indices of area accuracy assessment are built. The paper also developed a systematic sampling technique a nd area accuracy assessment method for change detection. In conclusion, the meth od is simple, effective and applicable.
