| 摘 要： | 逆向物流管理绩效评价是实施逆向物流管理企业必须面对的复杂问题。运用层次分析方法和模糊评价技术构造逆向物流管理绩效评价的过程模型是对逆向物流绩效评价问题的新贡献。实证案例阐释了如何依据企业逆向物流管理的基本框架构造企业逆向物流管理的KPI层次模型,以及运用模糊评价技术评价企业逆向物流管理绩效的模糊评价模型。

| Abstract: | It is a complex problem to evaluate the performance of the reverse logistics management.This study developed a process model to do this job for the first time.An example was employed to demonstrate the KPI-hierarchy model and the fuzzy evaluation model constructing during the performance evaluation process of the reverse logistics management. |
