人力资本对企业绩效影响的实证研究——基于农业上市公司的数据

摘    要:以2011-2015年A股26家农业上市公司为样本,对企业绩效和人力资本的关系进行探究。实证研究发现:企业绩效与员工人均培训投资额、员工人均薪酬,人力资本存量、高管平均年龄、技术人员占比均为显著正相关,但企业绩效与企业规模和人力资本流动率无明显相关性。

Empirical Research on the Impact of Human Capital on Corporate Performance--Based on Data from Listed Agricultural Companies

Abstract:This paper explored the relationship between corporate performance and human capital based on a sample of 26 A-share agricultural listed companies from 2011 to 2015. The empirical research found that the corporate performance was significantly positively related to the amount of investment per employee in training, the average salary of employees, the human capital stock, the average age of executives and the proportion of technicians, but it had no significant correlation with corporate size and human capital flow rate.
