| 摘 要： | 现代租赁业是一种能够将“融资”与“融物”合为一体的新型融资手段、投资方式和贸易方式,在国民经济中处于重要的地位,并日益成为新兴支柱行业之一。本文分析了我国现代租赁业发展的现状及制约因素,提出了促进我国现代租赁业发展的对策。
