Abstract: | This paper establishes a theoretical framework of human capital and the arrangement of enterprise ownership from the following aspects — the characteristics of agreement between human capital and enterprises, the managerial structure and the arrangement of ownership. It further points out the trend of development in human resources and the arrangement of enterprise ownership. |
