| Abstract: | With the rapid development of economic globalization and financial globalization, it is a common phenomenon to open bank industry. Our commercial banks have basically achieved their reform purpose in introducing overseas investment. We should have a correct recognition of the necessity of introducing overseas investment, correct understanding of financial control, competition within the same industry, equity transfer price and so on. |
