This articles analyses the current situation of the coustruction of towns and cities in touristic angle, points out that the government's duty is to draw support from the beneficial opportunity of the western hinterland exploitation, put the construction of towns and cities at breach position, take the strategy of "threading pearls with a line, bringing a whole area with the development of towns and cities", and considers that the important assurance to realise the strategy is to deepen the reforms, widen the open areas and solve the problem in people of talent.
