基于ANSYS的减速器斜齿-直齿圆柱齿轮的模态分析

摘    要:文章利用三维设计软件Pro/E建立斜齿轮、直齿轮实体模型,通过Pro/E与ANSYS的接口将模型导入到ANSYS中进行齿轮的模态分析,求解得到斜齿轮、直齿圆柱齿轮的5阶固有频率、等效应力图和位移分布图,分析齿轮的模态振型对其性能的影响,并优化工作参数,通过进一步的研究和改进,可以使其结构避免共振或按特定频率进行振动,从而提高工作效率和产品寿命。同时,模态分析的结果为齿轮的设计和改进提供了新技术和参考依据。

Abstract:This paper applied 3D design software Pro / E to establish the models of helical and spur gears.It carries on modal analysis of gears in ANSYS environment by making use of Pro/E and ANSYS interface technology.It obtained 5 ranks intrinsic frequency,stress cloud charts and displacement maps.The influence of gears modal mode to its performance is analyzed to optimize the operating parameters.Through further research and improvement we can avoid structural resonance or make the vibration on the specific frequency which can make work more efficient and product life better.The results of modal analysis provided new technique and reference for the design and improvement of the gears.
