| 摘 要： | 在初次分配和再分配中客观存在的逆向分配,扩大了城乡居民收入分配差距。城乡居民收入的逆向分配源于商品要素市场的失灵、城乡博弈力量的悬殊、城市偏向路径的持续和制度体系缺陷的存在。要扭转逆向分配,必须完善商品要素市场,增强农民博弈力量,落实三农倾斜政策,创建公平制度环境。

| Abstract: | The adverse distribution,an objective reality in the first distribution and the redistribution,which widens the gap of income between urban and rural residents,mainly originates from the market failure,the power disparity between urban and rural areas,city-oriented development and the system shortcoming.To reverse the phenomenon,we must perfect the factor markets,promote the farmers’ competitive power,adopt inclining policy toward agriculture,countryside and farmers and create a fair system environment. |
