下岗职工再就业问题的难点与对策研究

近几年来出现职工大量下岗的现象,是计划经济条件下实行的就业体制和就业政策在经济转轨过程中的必然反映,也是长期以来重复建设、盲目建设及企业经营机制深层次矛盾多年积累的结果。国有企业下岗职工再就业问题已成为我国经济社会中最突出的问题。深入分析和解决下岗职工再就业所面临的难点问题,提出相应的解决措施,具有一定的现实意义。

The Disadvantage and Countermeasures of Urban Laid-off Workers' Reemployment

Along with the further development of adjusting the structure and transferring the system,the problem of lots of urban laid-off workers in the state-owned enterprises is now becoming more and more protruding.Those policies of reemployment of urban laid-off workers are implemented by the Party Central Committee and the State Councile,some laid-off workers have found jobs.This article analyzes the disadvantage of urban laid-off workers' reemployment,puts forward a series of measures.
