摘    要:市场竞争的激烈和消费者选择的多样性促使企业开展定制营销,同时互联网络的迅速发展和普及为企业开展定制营销提供了一个很好的平台。企业通过互联网络平台及时获取顾客信息并强化与顾客的互动,开发出满足顾客个性化需求的产品,制定顾客知觉产品价值差异的价格,选择方便不同顾客的渠道和开展个性化的促销活动,从而使顾客真正满意。

Abstract:The fierce of the market competition and the multiple choice of the consumer compel corporations to carry out customized marketing. In addition,the rapid development and its pauperization of the internet tech offer an excellent platform for the customized marketing. With the help of internet,Corporations can obtain information timely and streng then the interaction with customers. As a result, they will offer customers personalized productions,set down diversive price according to the customers' consciousness,select convenience channel to reach different customers,carry out personalized sales promotion to satisfied them.
