| 摘 要： | 通过对现行标准化经济效果评价指标体系的分析，指出其在相关性、可比性、动态性等方面存在的问题，并运用技术经济分析的原理和方法，提出了新的指标体系和计算方法，弥补了原指标体系和方法的不足。

| Abstract: | This paper exams the old indices system of the standardized economic effects assessment, and disscusses the shortcomings of this indices system. A new indices system and its calculating method are presented. It is more reasonable than the old one. |
