珠江三角洲城市群污水资源化利用价值分析

摘    要:污水资源化利用是行之有效的节水途径。推动珠江三角洲城市群污水资源开发与利用,有利于提高再生水利用效率,助力粤港澳大湾区经济社会环境协调发展。从资源总量与消耗、用水效率、社会经济、环境保护4个角度建立污水资源化利用价值评价体系,通过熵值法对珠三角9市2016—2020年污水资源化利用潜在价值进行评价。结果表明:珠三角污水资源化利用价值波动上升,各城市污水资源化利用价值存在差异;利用价值与地区经济发展水平密切相关,经济越发达,利用价值越高;广州、深圳、东莞污水资源化利用价值相对较高,珠海、肇庆、惠州污水资源化利用价值相对较低。

Value Analysis of Sewage Resource Utilization in Pearl River Delta Urban Agglomeration
Abstract:Sewage resource utilization is an effective way to save water. Promoting the development and utilization of sewage resources in the Pearl River Delta urban Agglomeration is conducive to improving the utilization efficiency of reclaimed water and promoting the coordinated economic, social and environmental development of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. The value evaluation system of sewage resource utilization is established from the perspectives of total resource and consumption, water use efficiency, social economy and environmental protection, and the potential value of sewage resource utilization in nine PRD cities from 2016 to 2020 is evaluated by entropy method. The results show that the resource utilization value of sewage in the Pearl River Delta fluctuate and increase, and there are differences in the resource utilization value of municipal sewage. The utilization value is closely related to the level of regional economic development. The more developed the economy, the higher the utilization value. The sewage resource utilization value of Guangzhou, Shenzhen and Dongguan is relatively high, while the sewage resource utilization value of Zhuhai, Zhaoqing and Huizhou is relatively low.
