乡村旅游视角下农村剩余劳动力转移研究

推进农村剩余劳动力的有效转移是解决我国“三农”问题、建设社会主义新农村的重要工作。文章从乡村旅游的视角，具体分析了这类旅游开发方式在推进农村剩余劳动力转移中的价值体现和体制环境，提出要在农民参与旅游开发的意识和能力教育、农民利益维护和农民参与旅游开发的制度建设三方面，积极有效地推动农村剩余劳动力的转移。

A Study of Village Surplus Labor Shift from the Rural Tourism Perspective

The job of promoting the effective transfer of rural surplus labor plays an important role in solving the "issues concerning agriculture,countryside and farmers" and building socialist new countryside.From perspective of rural tourism,this paper attempts to analyze the value realization and system environment of such types of tourism in promoting the transfer of rural surplus labor.We should do this actively and effectively in the following three aspects:education of farmers,consciousness and ability in participating in tourism development,safeguard of farmers` interests and regulation construction of farmers` participation.
