论新时期人民内部矛盾的正确处理

新时期人民内部矛盾的特点一是利益性矛盾突出，二是群体性矛盾增多，三是矛盾的对抗性有所增强，四是矛盾的复杂性加大，五是矛盾的处理难度加大。矛盾的产生原因主要有六个方面。我们要通过大力发展社会生产力，继续深化改革，加强思想政治工作，运用法律手段，加强党的自身建设，深入开展人民内部矛盾的排查调处工作，正确处理好人民内部矛盾。

Properly Handle with the Conflicts among People and Promote the Social Harmony

Abstract：In the new era, conflicts among people are characterized by： 1. prominent contradictions in benefit;2. increased groupment contradictions; 3. increased opposability of the contradictions; 4. increased complexity of the contradiction; 5. increased solutions to the problems. There are mainly six reasons causing the conflicts. We should handle the contradictions by deepening the reform, strengthening the ideological work, employing the law, strengthening the construction of the CCP and carrying out the work of conflicts deployment mediate.
