| 摘 要： | 应用核心竞争力的基本理论，分析了物流企业的核心竞争力，探讨了供应链管理环境下物流业务外包的发展横式。实施物流业务外包的企业和第三方物流供应商建立的战略联盟。有利于发挥各自的核心竞争力．实现共赢，提升整个供应链的水平。

| Abstract: | Applying the basic theory of core competitive ability,this paper analyzed the core competitive ability of logistics enterprises,discussed the developing model of logistics outsourcing under the circumstances of supply chain management.The enterprise of implementing logistics outsourcing and Third Party Logistics(TPL)enterprise,which is in the form of strategic league,can promote the development of each one's core competitive ability and the realization of win-win,in addition,it can enhance the developing level of the whole supply chain.(4. |
