| 摘 要： | 实践教学是高等职业技术教育人才培养不可缺少的重要环节，改革和完善实践教学是我国高等职业技术教育面临的重要问题之一。该文阐述了高等职业教育实践教学的重要性，并以“一个中心，两个层次，两种形式，四个体系”模式构建了高职管理类专业实践教学体系，同时对实践教学体系的课程体系、管理体系和条件体系进行了研究与实践，提出以“职业岗位群一综合能力模块一能力要素一课程体系”模式构建实践教学课程体系；以“一年二期制”＋“准就业制”模式创新实习模式；以“一中心，二基地，三资源，四措施”模式建设实训实习基地。

| Abstract: | Practical teaching is an indispensable important part of higher vocational education.To innovate and improve practical teaching is one of the urgent tasks in China's higher vocational education.This paper expounded the importance of practical teaching and established a practical teaching system for management specialties of higher vocational colleges,meanwhile,the author investigated the curriculum system,management system and conditions system of practical teaching system. |
