| 摘 要： | 本文在理论与实践的基础上提出了定量定性相结合的企业综合预警方法。首先应用人工神经网络对企业进行定量预警，并且简要分析了误警概率和虚警概率，然后利用模糊综合评价法对企业环境进行定性预警，最后将两者结合起来达到综合预警的目的。

| Abstract: | The Early-Warning System of Enterprise with quantitative and qualitative methods is put forward in this paper on the basis of theory and practice. Fist, the article neural network is applied to early-warning of enterprise with quantitative method and analyze briefly False-alarm probability and Failure-to-detect probability. Then fuzzy evaluation method is applied to early warning of enterprise's environment with qualitative method. Last the two are integrated. |
