摘    要:本文在界定知识员工和薪酬概念的前提下,结合我国企业实际分析了我国知识员工薪酬管理问题,揭示了我国知识员工薪酬管理问题的核心在于薪酬激励不足,并分析了薪酬激励不足的表现形式。在此基础上,本文综合市场、人力资本、绩效和职位等方面因素,有针对性地提出了我国知识员工

Abstract:As it comes to the knowledge economy age, knowledge workers play more and more important role in modern company's development. Based on the discussion of the key problem of knowledge workers' incentive compensation mechanism in China, the thesis puts forward the major idea and general requirements of and its solvement knowledge workers' compensation incentive.
