| Abstract: | Technical innovation ability of businesses is an important factor that can improve the business competitiveness in old industrial base of northeast region. The thesis bring up countermeasures referring to current situation of operation sense, management system and talented people. These countermeasures can improve the ability of business technical innovation, then they can improve the business competitiveness. |
