| 摘 要： | 国有增量资本是国有资本的重要组成部分，其运营效率影响及制约着国有资本的运营效率。纵观当前我国国有增量资本运营状况，普遍存在着增量资本投资管理欠规范，增量资本投入与存量资产管理相互脱节等问题。鉴于此，必须采取规范国有增量资本投资的管理，强化国有增量资本运营各环节的财务监管等措施，以提高国有增量资本运营效率。
