| 摘 要： | 我国新建本科院校达640多所,已占到我国本科高校数量的半壁江山.新建本科院校贴近地方,与区域经济和地域文化紧密联系,在为地方人才培养和产学研合作上有明显的优势.但新建本科院校在办学目标定位、办学理念、学科建设、师资队伍、管理体制、运行机制等方面都存在着亟待解决的问题,研究新建本科院校人才培养目标定位的问题就显得尤为重要.

| Abstract: | There are over 640 newly-buih undergraduate institutions in China, accounting for half the number of there exists some problems to be solved in terms of objective positioning and guiding principles for school-running, discipline construction, teaching staff, management system and operating mechanism. So it is of considerable importance to study their target positioning of talent cultivation. |
