| 摘 要： | 金融危机当前，促就业、保增长是我国面临的重大问题。结合最新资料分析，相对于我国非营利组织的起步状态，非营利组织在世界范围内已经是推动经济发展和解决人口就业的重要部门。发展非营利组织必然可以有力地促进我国的就业工作，特别是大学毕业生就业工作，从而有效地应对金融危机。

| Abstract: | Under the financial crisis, employment growth is an important issue that China is facing to. According to the latest data, NPO has great strength to boost economy and employment growth in western countries. NPO＇s growth in China will also increase employment rate, especially the employment rate of university graduatesa, so as to cope with the financial crisis . |
