| 摘 要： | 文章阐述了我国矿产资源的禀赋及成矿机理、特征,研究了经济增长在新型工业化过程中对资源环境的作用与影响,并就资源可持续性保障程度进行了战略考量;通过“霍夫曼系数”评价标准说明我国已进入工业化中期,资源约束将是制约我国经济社会发展的瓶颈;提出由于矿产资源是我国紧缺的物资资料,建立合理的资源开发利用模式具有重要的战略意义;运用博弈均衡论充分认识我国合理利用两种资源、两个市场的契机和条件,研究矿产资源市场国际化趋势的战略对策,是我国本世纪重大国策中的紧要议题。

| Abstract: | The paper first expounds the natural endowment,mechanism and traits of ore formation relating to mineral resources.The author then discusses how does the economic growth produce an effect on resources and environment in the process of newly industrialization,and looks at the resources sustainable supply from the point of strategy.The paper points out that China has entered the middle period of industrialization according to criteria of evaluation of "Hoffman coefficient".Finally,the paper offers some specific methods required for rational exploitation and utilization of resources in the context of: fully recognize the turning point and situation for utilizing both domestic and international markets and resources based on the theory of gaming equilibrium;research the strategic measures for the internationalization trend of mineral resource market. |
