| 摘 要： | 商务区是现代城市信息流、资金流、物流传递互动的集中区域,在经济快速发展的今天,商务区被赋予更多、更新的内涵。本文从规划设计、公共交通建设、开发运作、形象及空间设计等角度总结国际知名商务区的建设经验;从数字商务、软件建设、特色发展、生态商务及安全商务等方面瞻望现代商务区的发展趋势,并以此获得对我国商务区建设的启示。

| Abstract: | The business district is a concentrated area for modern city’s information flow,capital flow and material flow to mutually transfer.Now with rapidly economy developing,the business district is given more and newer meaning.The article summarizes experience of international business district construction from the programming design,public traffic construction,exploitation and operation,image and space design,etc.it look forward the developing trend of the modern business district and gain the inspiration to the construction of Chinese business district from the aspects which include digital commerce,software construction,Characteristic development,Ecological commerce,etc. |
