| 摘 要： | 新疆构建网络舆情预警机制对维护稳定具有重要意义,应本着快速反应、信息公开、约束引导三个原则预以建立,文章介绍了网络舆情预警机制的运行体系,并就完善新疆网络舆情预警机制的建议加以论述,以期对新疆网络舆情的应对及新疆的社会稳定有所裨益。

| Abstract: | This article discusses the significance of constructing early warning system for the network public opinion in xinjiang, and sums up three principles, introduces the operation of early warning system for the network pub-lic opinion, and tries to put forward some suggestions in order to help goverment to deal with network public opinion and maintain the social stability of xinjiang. |
