摘    要:如今,各个高校都面临着教师流失的问题,这已成为制约和谐大学建设的瓶颈。首先从高校人力资源管理体制和经济驱动力两个方面,概括分析了现阶段高校教师流失的普遍原因。然后提出了建设和谐大学、应对人才流失的3个基本观念。最后,着重从人力资源管理的几个重要的环节入手,通过对组织结构环节、选聘环节、培训环节、绩效评估环节、薪酬福利环节、晋升评级环节的层层分析,逐一给出了解决高校教师流失问题的应对措施。

Abstract:At present, universities are facing the lose of teachers, this has become a bottleneck for building harmonious university. This study analyzes the general reason of the talent lose from human resource management system and economic viewpoint. Then we put forward three notions responding to the talent lose for building harmonious university. The human resource management in university should pay more attention to several key links. Some countermeasures are proposed through the analysis of organization structure, engaging, training, performance test, compensation and promotion.
