| 摘 要： | 我国房地产业正处于快速成长阶段，人才需求与日俱增。而人才流动频繁、高素质复合人才紧缺，人力资源管理体系不够完善等现实问题将制约着企业的健康发展。文章分析了房地产人才的特征，结合人力资源管理现状和存在问题，提出了在招聘、薪酬、考核、培训、企业文化建设方面的人力资源管理与开发策略。

| Abstract: | With the fast-growing of our real estate industry,talent demands are daily on the increase.The practical problems,such as frequently talent-flowing,high-quality compound talent scarcity and HRM system not perfect will restrict real estate enterprises development.Based on the real estate talent character,HRM actual state are analyzed,and HRMD strategies on the recruitment,compensation,appraisals,training and culture-building are also put forward. |
