| 摘 要： | 日前,总统科技顾问委员会发布了题为<面临挑战的领导地位>的报告.报告指出,美国完整的网络信息技术(NIT)生态环境奠定了美国NIT在全球的领导地位,为繁荣美国经济、保障国家安全和提高人民生活水平做出了重要的贡献,但这一领导地位正在受到全方位的挑战.本文主要分析了美国NIT保持领先的原因和面临的主要挑战,以及相应对策.
