| 摘 要： | 律师与当事人的关系问题是律师面对的一个重要问题。首先，律师接受委托，遵循平等互利、等价有偿的原则与当事人形成委托法律关系，这层关系是两关系的基础。在办案过程中律师与当事人密切合作、相互协调、形成配合关系。同时，在法律服务过程中律师与当事人相互学习、取长补短、共同促进，形成学习关系。在实践中这三层关系融为一体，从而使当事人的合法权益得到最大限度的维护。

| Abstract: | The relationship between a lawyer and his client is a important matter for a lawyer to face.First,on both the principle of equality and mutual benefit and the principle of good faith,the lawyer entrusted establishes commission relationship with his client.Second,during the service the lawyer cooperates with his client,cooperative relationship is set up.Third,there is mutual-study relationship between the two parts.In fact,the three relationships combine an integer which helps to realize the legal right of the client efficiently. |
