| 摘 要： | 在现有房屋全生命周期研究成果的基础上，提出以房屋编码构建房屋权属生命周期。研究在时空信息上，以“幢”为单位表达属性信息的方法，尝试将房屋的空间信息、时间信息和属性信息三者融合。通过分析房屋属性信息的时间序列演变，提出其在房地产市场监测和房屋违法分割合并监测中的具体应用。

| Abstract: | Based on the existing study of the life cycle of houses, this essay put forward the construction of each building houses the whole life cycle of building by using House coding, trying to fusion of the housing space information, time information and attribute information, to explore the spatiotemporal information, to ＂zhuang＂ as the unit expression attribute information. To resolve the housing through the time series analysis of the evolution of housing property information, find out theseapplicationsin the real estate market monitoring and the housing illegal segmentation monitoring. |
