| 摘 要： | 金融市场主要包括长期资本市场与短期资金市场。在我国 ,股票市场作为长期资本市场的组成部分其发展取得了长足进步 ,而票据市场作为短期资金市场的组成部分其发展还不十分完善。研究票据市场的现状、结构、主体、评级机构等方面对我国票据市场的发展具有重大意义。
