| Abstract: | 4PL is an integration of supply chains. Logistics information can be fully shared and social logistics resources can be made full use of through the integration of social resources. The operation of the 4PL requires the supports of macro-environment and micro-environment including the corresponding economics, legal policy, risk avoidance system, technology, management personnel and its system, to ensure the realization of 4PL and risk aversion. |
