| 摘 要： | 在分析物流企业信息化层次的基础上,指出了现阶段我国物流企业信息化存在的主要问题。从以客户为中心、物流公共信息需求和企业自身管理的角度出发,详细分析了物流企业信息化过程中应重点考虑的信息需求,并讨论了信息需求分析对制定物流信息化发展战略的重要启示。
