基于TMS320F28335的异步电机直接转矩控制系统研究

摘    要:数字化控制是电机控制系统发展的必然趋势。在建立异步电机直接转矩控制系统的数学模型基础上,提出了一种以TMS320F28335为主控芯片,以智能功率模块作为主电路的异步电机直接转矩控制系统。利用SVPWM技术将固定电压矢量合成任意电压矢量,保证实现逆变器的开关频率恒定。详细介绍了用TMS320F28335生成SVPWM的控制方法。实验结果表明,采用SVPWM技术的异步电机直接转矩控制系统具有实现简单方便、速度快、电机运行品质高、电压利用率高、波形质量好等优点。

Abstract:The digital control is inexorable trend of the development of the motor control system. The direct torque control system of the asynchronous motor based on inteligent power module as the main circuit and TMS320F28335 as main control chip was proposed. The rand voltage vector was yielded by employing the constant voltage vector with SVPWM, in order to ensure the constant switch frequency of the inverter. The control method of the SVPWM was detailed presented on TMS320F28335. The results show that the advances of the direct torque control system on the asynchronous motor have such advantages as simplity, rapid response, convenience,high quilty, high utilization of voltage and good wave and so on.
