| 摘 要： | 建筑业是安全事故多发的行业，研究安全生产和事故发生机制，有助于提高安全生产水平。用系统论的观点进行理论研究和数据分析，建筑业安全生产是全过程和多组织集成体系，安全事故是管理缺陷引起的人和物的因素综合作用的结果。安全管理是一个不断改进的正向循环反应系统。

| Abstract: | Construction industry is characterized by high chance of accident occurrences. Investigating the safe production procedure and the causes of accidents is essential for improving the performance of safe production. Under the system theory and with data analysis, safe production is found to be an integral multi-component process. Deficiencies in the management caused by human and non-human factors always lead to accidents. Safety management may be recognized as a continuously improving cycle with positive feedbacks. |
