| Abstract: | How to make the backward students better is not only a problem link with the students themselves future, but also can influence on social steady and talent quality. It is an important subject with unable avoidable matter and deep significance in school education. We should link with education, teaching practices, the cause and display of the formation according to the individual character difference in psychology to definite the measures and working principle. |
