陕西省银行业金融机构合规风险管理研究

文章研究分析了陕西省银行业金融机构合规风险管理中存在的问题，借鉴国际银行业合规风险管理经验，提出完善陕西省银行业金融机构合规风险管理的对策应从以下几方面入手：监管部门督促银行机构不断完善合规风险管理；完善合规风险管理监管的技术和手段；加强合规风险管理制度建设，加大合规培训力度；提高合规风险管理能力；构建浸润银行各项经营管理环节的合规文化。
