襄樊高新区管理模式与发展模式研究

襄樊高新区经过十多年来的开发建设,高新技术及其产业迅速发展,并极大地促进了区域经济的快速增长,区内汽车产业列于全国高新区七大特色产业集群之一。高新区在发展的同时,存在经济总量偏小,主导产业不突出、技术创新能力不强和区内企业发展不平衡等问题。本文在调查研究的基础上,通过对国内外高新区发展模式的研究,为襄樊高新区的进一步发展和构建襄樊高新区发展的新模式提供了理论上的支持。

Xianfan new high tech district management mode and development mode research

After more than ten years' development and construction,High and New Technology and its relating industries have been seen developing with a high speed in Xiangfan High and New Technology Industrial Development Zone,which has also contributed to the quick growth of the regional economy.The vehicle industry in the Zone is regarded as one of the seven characteristic industry cluster of all the high and new technology industrial zones nationwide.However,as the Zone is developing prosperously,it has problems such as a relatively small economy gross,obscure leading industry,relatively weak technological creation ability and unbalanced development of corporations.Based on research of the high and new technology zones nationwide,this article has provided some theoretical guide to the better development of the Zone and a new mode for the further development.
