| Abstract: | Faced with the new situation and the macro-control policy for real estate business, real estate enterprises should, as soon as possible, adjust their strategic objectives and complete their strategic restructuring in order to enhance their core competitiveness. This article holds that under the new situation the real estate enterprises should, as soon as possible, complete the strategic restructuring in management concept, profit model and product structure. |
