| 摘 要： | 选取1997年～2007年的数据作为样本空间．采用灰色关联法对我国人力资本与文化产业之间的关联度进行了定量分析。结果表明：人力资本与文化产业的发展具有较高的关联度，从关联度来看，尤其是受中等教育人口比重与文化产业发展的关联度非常高。基于这一结论，提出相关政策建议

| Abstract: | This paper uses the grey relevance method to analyze the correlation between human capital and cultural industries, taking the relative data between 1997 and 2007 as samples. It finds that human capital and the development of cultural industries have a high correlation. From the perspective of correlation, in particular, the inter-linkage degree between secondary education and the development of cultural industries is the highest. Based on this conclusion, some policy suggestions are put forward. |
