收入不平等和居民消费需求不足：基于VAR模型的实证研究

居民消费需求不足和收入不平等的扩大已经成为困扰中国经济可持续增长的瓶颈,因此两者之间的内在关系成为学术界关心的热点。利用VAR模型对收入不平等和居民消费需求之间的动态关系进行实证研究,发现两者之间存在长期的协整关系,收入不平等扩大是我国居民消费需求不足的重要原因,而且这种不利影响会持续相当长的时间。因此缩小收入不平等是当前刻不容缓的要务。

Income Inequality and the Lacking of Residents Consumer Demand——An Empirical Research Based on VAR Model

Lacking of residents consumer demand and the expansion of income inequality have become the bottleneck of sustainable growth, which has puzzled China＇ s economy. So the intrinsic relationship between these two has become a hot academic concern. In this paper, VAR model is used to study the dynamic relationship between income inequality and residents consumer demand. It is found that there is a long-term co-integration between the two, and the expansion is the important reason for the lacking of residents consumer demand. This adverse impact will continue for a long time. Therefore, reducing income inequality has been an imperative job currently.
