| 摘 要： | 十七届五中全会强调必须＂积极稳妥＂推进政治体制改革,旨在强调平衡发展。它提醒着我们既要认识到政治体制改革的必要性与紧迫性,又要注意其敏感性与复杂性,统筹兼顾地进行政治体制改革是以平衡的视角推进政治文明的必然之路。

| Abstract: | Seventh session of the Fifth Plenary Session stressed＂actively and steadily＂to promote political restructuring,designed to emphasize a balanced development.It reminds us not only to recognize the political necessity and urgency of reform,and also pay attention to the sensitivity and complexity.Carrying out a political system based on a balanced perspective is the necessary road of promoting political civilization. |
