| 摘 要： | SOHO尚都事件的发生,引起了国内学者对SOHO中国的商业房地产开发运营模式的质疑。从房地产开发公司和投资者两个角度分析SOHO中国商业房地产运行模式的困境和产生的原因,并借鉴日本和美国的不动产投资信托模式,结合我国国情,就能寻找出解决我国个人投资商业房地产面临困境的办法。

| Abstract: | The SOHO Shangdu incident made the domestic scholars question SOHO China＇s commercial real estate development business mode.From the perspective of both real estate development companies and investors,this paper analyzes the dilemma of commercial real estate operation mode in China and its reason.Combined with China＇s national conditions,this paper aslo learns from Japan and the U.S.real estate investment trust mode,and discovers the solution of how to put our personal investment business to the commercial real estate. |
