| 摘 要： | 本文就血型与职业能力的相关性问题,对采自全国各地区二十多个行业的样本进行实证分析,得出了各种血型人的职业适应性,并参照血型与职业兴趣、性格关系的理论,进行综合性的对比分析。本文之研究结论可供企业的人才选拔,优化人才配置及员工职业生涯设计作参考。

| Abstract: | This paper researchs on the relationship between blood group and occupational aptitude, based on the samples from many districts and professions of China. And get some conclusions about what kind of occupation suits every type of blood group. Then compare the conclusions with the theory of the relationship between blood group and occupational interest and characteristics.Enterprises can refer to the conclusions in recruitment and design of staff s professional career. |
