| 摘 要： | 高新技术企业大多是技术创新企业。技术创新是高新技术企业发展的动力,其成功给企业带来巨大的效益。但技术创新的过程中存在高风险,导致成功率较低,甚至给企业造成损失。而每一种风险分析方法都有优缺点,很难找到一种完美的方法。本文分析了高新技术企业技术创新不同阶段的风险,提出同时使用多种分析法评价、比较技术创新各种实施方案,进行有效筛选,选择最优方案,从而降低风险。
